Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, a seafood restaurant from Annapolis, Maryland, is opening a franchise this spring at 67 Rehoboth Ave. in Rehoboth. Lobster rolls seemed to be one of the biggest food trends of the summer of 2016 and there looks to be no end to the demand for the sandwiches. Mason’s menu includes variations on lobster rolls, along with lobster grilled cheese, lobster salad and lobster bisque.
